· Multiple hard blockers: (1) Programme has closed — pre-proposal deadline was February 2, 2026 and full-proposal deadline was June 17, 2026, both before today (July 9, 2026). (2) A consortium of at least 3 eligible partners from 3 different countries is required, including at least 2 EU Member States or Associated Countries — an independent researcher in Nigeria cannot satisfy this. (3) The call funds AMR research exclusively (new treatments, adherence tools, veterinary/agricultural AMR); the applicant's CCT addiction-pharmacology work has no AMR relevance.
