Eniola must: (1) open the roundfunded.com/fr/incubators/france listing and review each individual incubator; (2) shortlist those relevant to deep-tech / biotech / computational neuroscience (e.g. Agoranov, INRIA-linked programmes, Paris&Co health track); (3) check each shortlisted incubator's own eligibility rules for non-EU founders and remote/hybrid participation; (4) if planning to apply, investigate the French Tech Visa pathway first, as most programmes require a French address or at minimum a visa-backed relocation plan.
