· Two compounding hard blockers: (1) The consortium must comprise at least 2 independent legal entities established in different EU member states or Horizon Europe Pillar III associated countries — Nigeria is neither, so neither ZYCO nor the applicant as an independent researcher in Lagos can serve as a qualifying consortium entity; (2) No consortium partner in a qualifying country is identified, and the grant is inherently team-based (minimum 2 entities), not open to solo applicants.
