(2) ReGRoW exclusively funds human clinical repurposing trials using generic/off-patent drugs; the CCT Bayesian computational validation model is not a clinical trial and does not involve repurposed drug administration to human subjects. (3) PIs must be at LMIC institutions that hold an active IRB/Ethics Committee AND have previously received external clinical research funding from a government, NGO, or foundation — Eniola is an independent researcher affiliated with ZYCO, which has no institutional IRB and no track record of externally-funded clinical trials.
