2026-07-09 GATED → HUMAN_REQUIRED · Submit a short proposal (12-page form + 10-slide pitch deck + 3-min video) at any time via the EU Funding and Tenders Portal; submissions are batched monthly and evaluated within 4–6 weeks, with a GO/NO-GO decision. On a GO, prepare and submit a full proposal to one of the 2026 batching dates (next open window: 08 July 2026, then 02 September 2026) comprising a 20-page form, pitch deck, implementation plan, financial information, Letters of Intent, FTO analysis, and a second video pitch — successful full proposals are then invited to a live EIC Jury interview for final selection. Note: as a Nigerian national not yet incorporated, Eniola must establish an EU legal entity (e.g. French SAS) before the Step 2 full-proposal submission; Step 1 is open to natural persons willing to set up an SME.
