· The EU Funding Portal (eufundingportal.eu) is an aggregator — it lists dozens of distinct EU funding programmes (EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe, ERDF instruments, national schemes, etc.), each with its own eligibility rules and application portal. Before any application can be prepared: (1) Eniola must determine whether ZYCO is, or can be rapidly incorporated as, a legal entity in an EU Member State or Horizon-associated country; (2) she should manually browse the portal's filtered listings to identify programmes that explicitly permit non-EU founders with EU-incorporated vehicles or that are open to third-country nationals; (3) for each candidate programme identified, the specific deadline, form, and required materials must be retrieved separately. No single automated application is possible here.
